When I look at the next ten years in relation to technology, here is what I would like to see.
Teleportation
Ever since I saw The Fly in the 80s and drooled over Jeff Goldblum, I haven’t stopped hoping. It would make life so much easier. With technology advancing rapidly, people vacationing in space, this shouldn’t be a problem, right? The point, of course, is so I can meet my friends.
I see fewer screens. We’ll pick real-time information off the air, à la the futuristic TV shows. Instead of a chip on our shoulder, we’ll have one in our brain, helping us communicate even better bringing us closer to each other.
I want a happier, healthier, kinder world.
