Being detached, letting go -- is comfortable only later in life, Sandra. We are prone to cling on to loved ones and loved things too! But I see the point. I am slowly learning to worry less and be more at peace. Meditation definitely helps clear space in the head. Thanks for posing the questions. I think I have miles to go before I sleep! :-)
