- Open a bar of chocolate. Bring it close. Inhale the aroma.
- Break off a piece.
- Observe it: imagine its texture and taste.
- Gently place it in your mouth, on your tongue.
- Let it melt naturally.
- Chocolate is supposed to have over 300 flavors. How many can you sense?
- Is your mind wandering? Where is it going? Gently steer it back to this moment.
- When the chocolate has fully melted, swallow slowly, consciously.
- Feel it trickle down your throat.
- Repeat with another piece.
- And another.
How does it feel? How did you feel?
