Deep self-care - yes. Perhaps the pathway to this is the physical self care that is easier and paves the way towards tackling the harder issues. So I think both are complementary. One without the other may not be enough. The five practices you've outlined are crucial to live a healthy and therefore happy life. Thank you Sandra.
