Give Yourself a Hand Massage
To calm yourself

Massage is soothing therapy. But you don’t have to book an appointment, except with yourself to do this quick hand massage to calm yourself.
- Start by sitting comfortably.
- Breathe.
- Place your left hand in your lap, palm up.
- Hold it with your right hand, with the right thumb on top of your palm.
- Press your right thumb into the palm of your left hand and move in small circles around the edge of your hands.
- Focus on your finger joints.
- After a few moments, repeat with the other hand.
Feel free to use some moisturizer for great smelling supple hands.
