Hugs! Medium has been a bit of a pain. Of course right from the time I've been around I've never got notifications or alerts or anything. I never used the app because I find it cumbersome. Also - my laptop is open from the moment I wake up until I sleep. But I can certainly see how frustrating it can be for those who use the app. Rather than make it more intuitive and add features, Medium has been stripping it away. Sigh. Hugs! This too shall pass.

By the way, I can never see my clap or comment count ya know.
