I am quite thrilled to see this list, Sandra! I practice every single thing on it. A couple of years back something happened that led me to take stock of my life and I consciously began to cut down, slow down and practice saying no. I decided to reprioritize various aspects of my life. Important goals need focus and time and I am happy to say I am seeing great results. Not the least of which is bringing down my HbA1C from 10 to 6.7 :-)
