While I consider myself a mix of intro and extro, to me, recommending another writer's post is simply an easy act of kindness--a way to pay it forward for all those who generously donate their time to reading my posts. This is one of the reasons why I am committed to publishing my weekly roundup. Perhaps you could say: recommend your favorite post from another writer? I for one, I am happy with the mandatory requirement.
