I equate living in the now to partying like it is the 60s - when life was slower, we didnt have as many distractions as we do today, and there was more fresh air to breathe. Also we had to work harder for everything. Now that we have technology, we ought to be happier and free-r but we're not. It takes more effort to break away from our screens. And we add to life's regrets faster than we can breathe.
