“Love” Six Words & a Photo: February Conclusion

SWPSC: “Love,” Bios & Freestyle Stories — February Conclusion

A cozy nap in nature’s lap.

During my visit to the Grounds for Sculpture in Hamilton, New Jersey, with my friend, I came across several lifelike sculptures all over the campus. Some were so strategically placed that we mistook them for real people. Each time we came across a couple sitting close, we tiptoed around them to not disturb them. It was only after the fourth time that we realized some of these were statues. Of course, we had to go back and check on the others to confirm, and we did. We posed with some to play the third wheel and giggled our heads off. There’s a pic of me with the couple above that I refuse to share.

Don’t they look absolutely at peace, in love, and cozy? Besides our photoshoot shenanigans, we had a fantastic time. By the way, the area around the Grounds for Sculpture is dotted with sculptures too — some amazing ones. I love seeing statues, especially on this scale.
