Not sure about that, Katie. Stripe is in use in India - freelancers use it with overseas payments. In fact I think long ago, before I opted for PayPal, I used Stripe to receive a payment. So I am curious as to why Medium has a glitch with that. Ah well. All in good time :-) In the meantime, Medium brings me happiness and that's priceless.
