Same here!

I don’t want to give the impression that I had a deprived childhood. That was not the case. My parents exercised a great deal of restraint when it came to showering me with toys. That is true. Yet there were birthday gifts, and Santa brought toys, but they seemed modest. I truly treasured each of them.
