Shameem, during my school days, we had a subject called Moral Science. The text book was full of stories that taught good values. I am not sure if this was only in convent schools but it was most enjoyable. We had discussion sessions where situations were presented. We were asked to react. I must agree that education without life values such as kindness is just not complete! Great read!
