What a beautiful way to put it.

I think of limiting beliefs as narratives we tell ourselves which end up confining us to a storyline that doesn’t have space for all the qualities we hold, and all the versions of ourselves we could be. Delving into them, becoming deliberate about what we hold on to, can be the most freeing and revolutionary thing we can do for ourselves.
