While you have a point...in fact several points... Liberty, many people don't want to peek into that trunk (their personal Pandora's box) or venture out that big door, especially if they've experienced hardships. They are exhausted and just don't wnat to add to all that. They think going with the flow brings peace. Can't blame them ya know. :-) (sorry, just had to speak up for the other folks)
