Your story is like a breath of fresh air, Carmellita. I dont spend a lot of time in front of the screen except to edit/write. And definitely not as soon as I wake up. Also - my life was analog for 35 years before the internet came in. Yes, except for the phone, which makes it easy to keep in touch - analog is just fine. I still write with pen and paper ya know. I do all the things you described ;-)
